Founded at the turn of the century, Commvensa has grown from a regional commodities trader into a globally integrated commercial and industrial group. Our work spans the full physical value chain: origination from mines, fields and refineries; chartering and logistics; structured trade finance; and delivery to industrial consumers worldwide.

02 / What we do
Energy, metals and industrial projects are not separate businesses in our model — they are three sides of the same flow. The same disciplined teams, balance sheet and logistics network move all of them.
01Crude, refined products, natural gas and LNG.
We source, blend and deliver hydrocarbons across the global energy complex — from West African and Latin American crude grades to refined product flows into the Atlantic basin and Asia. Long-term offtake, structured supply and physical risk management for refiners, utilities and industrial consumers.
02Base, precious and battery metals across the value chain.
Copper concentrates, refined cathodes, zinc, lead, nickel, aluminium and iron ore — alongside a growing book in battery-grade materials. We finance and trade with miners, smelters and consumers, providing market access, logistics and price-risk solutions to producers in emerging and frontier jurisdictions.
03Capital, partnership and operational depth.
Beyond trading we co-invest in midstream and industrial assets that strengthen the supply chain — storage, blending, processing, port infrastructure and renewable generation. Our project teams bring engineering, financing and operating discipline to ventures that would otherwise remain stranded.
